CloudBeats: Cloud Music Player App Reviews

Awesome for Audiobooks!

I use this app for audiobooks and music. The interaction with DropBox is seamless. I avoid using iTunes completely for transferring music and audiobooks.

Great app!

I think of the many cloud players I tried, this functions best. The only issue I have is that the queuing function actually disappears after songs are downloaded to the device. Im not sure if anyone else is having this problem, though Id love for this to be fixed.

Great for musicians or really anyone

I use this as a really easy way to keep track of working mixes as I make things - just drag them to google drive and I can listen to them so easily! Its probably the app I use most on my whole phone! Love the pro version w offline file support, totally worth the small cost (to me).

Long Scanning

Bought this to unlock the library scanning functionality. My library isnt tremendously huge, around 150gb, and after several days it finally completed. Opened it up today and it was back up to scanning 1200 files. Not worth the full price, wish I could get a refund.

User it everyday

PLEASE ADD APPLE WATCH SUPPORT! The only thing that could make this app better is Apple Watch support. I would gladly buy the app over again if Apple Watch is added. I store all my music and audiobooks in OneDrive and I use Cloudbeats to access my content everyday. Thanks!

Works as expected

It lets me use Dropbox instead of iTunes, lets me assemble simple playlists and download for playing offline, and it can repeat 1 or repeat all. I have other things to think about, and this let me stop thinking about music players. Thanks.

Best cloud player. (Period)

This player is Incrediable. It allows me access to all my cloud storage of music & audio books. Plus, I suggested adding speed up feature and guess what? Developers responded & the next update had it! Others players I had to use had annoying issues; Not Cloud Player or now known as "Cloud Beat". Try it! UPDATE (April 2014): Every improvement just gets better & better. Favorites, playlists & more. So awesome. UPDATE 2016: Still great & even better.

Its great... But one thing

I have a 2011 Nissan Altima and when I connect the phone to the usb it seems that unless I am pressing play at the right time the car wont even recognize that the device is playing anything... Spotify works... Even soundcloud works when I connect... But not this app... Its a minor issue and I will probably get a new car soon... But it is happening.

Does Exactly What It Should

Basic functionality of the app has been solid for ages, but recent updates have focused on some really fantastic usability features; offline storage/library management is much more intuitive, and Im excited to see whats next. No regrets on this purchase.

By far the best cloud player

Unfortunately I had to buy all the other cloud players out there before finding this one which has everything you could ask for in a cloud player. Preserves iTunes structure, even for audiobooks. Sleep timer. Great interface. Pulls in iTunes album art. No skipping, perfect buffering. An excellent app all around and well worth the price.

This update deleted all of my offline files.

This update deleted all of my offline files.

Great app, great support

Ive been using this app for a few years now. The caching function is great as is the resume from last position (I primarily use it for audiobooks). On the rarity that Ive had to contact support theyve been very responsive and helpful.

Best cloud player currently available

Its not without its bugs but in just a year, its grown into the only cloud music player for iOS that I need. The support with OneDrive (all I use it for) is pretty solid and the added Amazon cloud support is neat.

Current version crashing my phone

Just updated to 2.14.3 crashes my phone every time I try to open app... Anyone else having this issue?

Great App!

Im using cloud beats with my OwnCloud home server and works great even on the move with 3G or LTE. I absolutely recommend it!

Does exactly what i need and does it well

I have OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, and box drive, and all with music. I paired a speaker, opened cloudbeats, logged into the cloud drive and had all my tunes available!

Functions great, design awful

Guys, absolutely love your app functions, but design of the app (including the icon) is so baaaad! Please spend some money and hire good designer.

Well made. Easy to use.

Worth the price.

Best cloud music app

I tried probably 20 apps that would handle my ~5,000 song music library, play wi-fi/4g or download for offline listening. Cloudbeats won out. It has a nice UI, *many* choices of cloud services, and terrific support (I spent a Sunday trying to work out an issue of my own doing, emailed tech support, received a quick response and Roman was very helpful and patient). Well worth the low cost. Very well-designed.

Necessary iPhone app

Arent we all tired of the fixed protocol for music on iOS? This cloudbeats app allows for full self autonomy in handling music, very smart niche app and efficient. Thanks much
