Great app
Great App
Keep the good work! Thanks
works great
Its working great. I strongly recommend it
It seems to take a very long time for music stored on my Google drive to show up. It used to not be that way, it used to be automatic, but now it seems you have to just wait until it decides to show up.
Best of the best hands down, all the rest are copying bravo.
Falta claridad para agregar otros formatos de reproducción como .Opus
It’s well laid out, it’s maintained, it works with cloud service and streams music - if I want to download I can. I love the simple and minimalistic look as well. If I had an “I wish …” … I wish the app had at least some basic equalizer adjustments.
Can you continue to work on this app please by adding a select playlist in the song menu and an option to scan entire folders? Thanks
Some times stopping stream while WiFi is available!
You’ll have a playlist that works fine and then suddenly it errors and no longer works, even though you never touched anything in your storage drive. Pretty annoying for a paid version of something:
I’ve been using this app for a few months now because I wanted a way to listen to music that I own without paying a ridiculous amount of subscription fees. It does the job right, giving me access to my music wherever I am and allowing me to download my playlists for offline use. Though sometimes occasionally the app crashes and I’m not sure why, and I don’t know if the app is regularly being fixed for bugs because the App Store says the last update was a year ago. If the developer(s?) were regularly improving this app and adding new features and functionality, I think it could be even better. A few simple features that would be nice would be: 1) the ability to see a list of every single song in one spot. Right now, it seems that it’s only possible to look at songs within an album. If I could just see them all in alphabetical order that would be great. 2) multiple selection. I want to be able to pick more than one song and save them to a playlist. This combined with #1 would make creating playlists so much faster. 3) make the app available on desktop or browser. These things seem like they would be simple enough to implement (I don’t know though, I’m not a coder!) and I’d be willing to pay for the subscription that allows multi-device syncing if I could more easily make playlists and access them from a non-mobile device. Otherwise, I don’t know any better apps out there so I’m happy with it for now!
I’m TRYING to playing music in my car & it keeps pausing.
Started getting errors that files were corrupted on my OneCloud (they aren’t), and never worked again.
7-5-2024: I have over 3000 songs ripped several decades of my CD-Roms to my MS OneDrive Cloud. The big (huge?)disappointment is the apps in-ability to easily create playlists(if even possible at all). For some reason the graphics are blurred looking. Way too much of a hassle to me…sorry. I’ll have to keep using legacy brandX music play on my older legacy Bluetooth SmartPhone
I’ve used this app for years, it’s been super useful for my Nextcloud library. But recently, Folder Radio Mix option does not properly work and often will only play 4 or 5 songs before giving up, even tho the folder has 400 songs in it.
Does not mix music from folders.
This is exactly the kind of app I was looking for and I use it regularly instead of using iTunes, or any other app that you have to pay for however, in my car when I press volume down it also pauses music. Just very annoying.
A devoted fan. Had USB sticks and MP3 players and wired headphones for years. Ugh. Discovered with One Drive and CloudBeats to get my music on the net but also organized into specific folders. Wow. Listen to a folder. Love the Radio Mix shuffle feature. Five stars baby! Love ya!❤️
Need ability to create a playlist off my genres add several genres to create on playlist . Also “play next song, add to que needs to be better” and just needs an update to feel more smooth
You can even synch across devices, INCLUDING MACBOOK!!
I had a lot of CDs ripped to my hard drive that I had stored in Google Drive. The act of getting these back onto my iPhone was a nightmare. This app made everything so easy. I can stream directly from my Google Drive, or I can download the music directly to my phone and play off-line. I’d give the six stars if I could.
Every time I try to use this now, after upgrading to premium, I get a "Track Loading Error" message about how a URL could not be found. I kind of count on this to work when I need it to, more and more it fails me. Is there any way to fix this or should I just give in and go to iCloud?
Can you guy do an update can’t load music google drive 🙏🏼 it keep saying invalid please fix it
I use this app to listen to my music library which I store on Onedrive. I was able to import my library and start creating playlists immediately. Cloudbursts works fine, allowing me to create multiple playlists, choose which libraries in Onedrive I wish to include. It also supports FLAC formats which I appreciate. I have upgraded to the paid version which price I find very fair. I highly recommend this cloud music player. Thank you for a fine app.
Great app to access your mp3s in the cloud . And it’s the best at what it does among other apps but it seems to struggle keeping track of all file locations in LARGE music collections. Scanning the large library takes forever EVEN WHILE PLAYING MUSIC AS SUGGESTED. By large I mean 15,000 to 30,000+ file collections on Google Drive. The sync feature between devices doesn’t work as well as the developer thinks it does either. But I still don’t regret paying for the subscription as I said it’s the best at what it does as despite its shortcomings no one else that I’ve tested comes close
I was super excited for this app, but so far I’m disappointed bc there are so many long delays and interruptions in playback, even when I have a full wifi signal and all other apps are closed on my phone.
Songs stops playing on Wi-Fi and is really bad on cell data. Constantly have to restart app for it to work.
I’m very disappointed in this product and lack of customer support! I email this company from within the software and got NO RESPONSE for a product I paid for. There is no option to sign up to the company and the software has issues such as many times it just stops and doesn’t play the next track!
i wish i could figure out how to just edit my old review from when there was a major issue with the app, but i'll figure that out after this. this is an INCREDIBLE app, i love being able to store all of my music in one spot and the developers are very responsive when something starts acting up, every update has made the app more functional and efficient, ive been using it for years and i always recommend it to anyone who wants to keep their entire music library on their phone.
While others are progressing and adding features like bass boost and cross fade, just to mention two of many, CloudBeats is still here sitting stagnant. Time to move on.
Don’t always work
Works perfect for playing music on my nextcloud server. The only problem I came across was music files not being downloaded 100%. Some music files would cut off 20 seconds before the song ended.
Streams flawlessly and sounds awesome!
I have my vinyl collection digitized on Google Drive and this player is great for playing the songs, without downloading to my iPhone and iPad. It also provides artwork for some (but not all) albums!
Last year I switched from android to apple and had to find a new cloud player. This one doesn’t even come close to working as seamlessly as the android one. I had a playlist of at least 1000 songs and I skipped 10-20 about 10min into the playlist and somehow reached the end of the playlist. My playlist got messed up and I went to redo it but now I can’t even access OneDrive to redo my music.
Tried other top rated cloud players and download offline was flawed or took days to download a few hundred songs. Cloud Beats just works!
I was using the Cloudbeats Offline Player and I upgraded. All of a sudden it installs another instance called Cloudbeats Cloud Player which seems to only play mp3s from my cloud location. No m4a loading or playing. Is that right? Or to play other file formats, I need to import iTunes on my phone? I expected it to play every format online. Why????
I’ve been searching for an app that allows me to keep my multi-thousand deep iTunes library in the cloud, yet give me a slick UX that enables me to play those songs, create, playlists, and even download some for off-line play. This app does all of that perfectly, and is the single best solution I’ve found for wrangling a massive music library. Don’t waste your time looking for a better solution, it’ll only lead your back here. 5/5
Launching after purchasing pro still displays paywall for features like downloading music. Have tried restarting app multiple times. Do not recommend purchasing this app.
At least one song per album will not play. Poor app.
I store music on OneDrive to make it easily accessible from many devices. This app makes it really easy to make playlists and download the files for offline listening. The CarPlay integration works perfectly as well. Exactly what I was looking for. Thank you!
Simply the best media music app out there a must have
Great software, works for my collection that is uploaded on google drive. The one feature that is missing for me is have apple watch integration. I would pay more for an add on that would allow me to download songs to the watch from the library for offline listening.
This app is the best Cloud Streamer. It works. Great interface. Much better than EverMusic Pro.
I’ll try to keep this short and sweet, as I could go on about how amazingly wonderful this app is. Written July 2022. • regular updates over the several years: new features and improvements are quite common for what can be seen as a relatively simple app • Siri integration: this is a new feature and lets me use Siri Shortcuts and automations, something I’ve wanted from this app for a while and is now here. Makes life so much easier especially when connecting to several airplay speakers. I can now do this with one tap versus multiples taps/apps before • great developer: Roman replies to emails when I report minor bugs, as well as when I have suggestions, several of which he has implemented • functionality: it does exactly what I need from a music app. Syncs with my cloud music folder and lets me download my entire library for buffer-free listening wherever I am • CarPlay: simple layout, even lets you toggle shuffle on/off. I now have an automation (thanks to the new Siri integration) which begins playing music when CarPlay is initiated. Love it! I’ve used CloudBeats for years. Literally hours per day for the last, oh, probably 7 or 8 years?? So happy I found this app. Music is everything to me and CB makes it easy for me to enjoy all my tunes :)
There is no + button on the top left corner anymore and I cannot add in my iCloud files without it. What is going on?
I can’t remove or edit certain songs in my folder a
As of 2022 this is the best for drop box music browsing. Your music, your way!
Super awesome, easy to use app. My ONE suggestion would be to add “swipe to return to previous page” to the UI. I love the app, but I’m finding it’s a slight challenge to hit the “back carrot” in the upper-left corner when I’m in motion (car, walk, whatever). I’d rather just swipe back with my thumb than reach up to go back one screen. Again, this is picky, but I think this one simple addition would catapult it from Nearly Perfect to Absolutely Perfect.
This is so great to finally find an app that allows me to download my music from Dropbox and acts as an actual music player. Haven’t been able to find one for years!! However, the most important parts of a music player are missing 😞 No way to listen to just the songs. There’s no list of just songs by itself. We have everything else but not this for some reason…why??? Then we have the fact that we can’t edit the music file ourselves (picture, name of song, artist, and album) which means if we downloaded it ourselves from a place much less organized than ITunes then we’ll never be able to find the song once we forget about it 😞 I’d love to update to a 5-star review when these things are added. Until then; this is the best I can do. Appreciative of what we do have though! 🙂
Absolutely LOVE this app. It does exactly what I want it to do - allow me to create playlists and stream audio files from my Dropbox. The audio files and playlists can be downloaded for fast local playback. Album artwork is included, and the whole thing just works very well. Highly recommended! 10/10.
Fundamentally this app is great, I've gotten a lot of use out of it, bought the full version and the yearly subscription to sync data between my phone, iPad, and M1 MacBook Air, so I can listen to my library whatever device I'm on. However, this app does not deal well with metadata at all. If your music is perfectly tagged BEFORE you add it to CloudBeats you've got no problems, everything is great. However, if you need to edit any of it after it's been added, god help you. There's no way to edit it in the app, so you need to get on your laptop and edit it in something else (I use Swinsian), and then pray that the Cloudbeats app will detect the new metadata with the "scan" feature which it doesn't always do, so sometimes you have to remove the album and re-add it, which is a pain point that shouldn't be necessary. A "refresh metadata" option would go a long way, an option to edit it right in the app would be even better. Additionally, I don't know if it's my files or the app but embedded album artwork doesn't always show up so I've had to add cover.jpg files to every folder in my music library which was a frustrating afternoon. It would be nice if the app had functionality to just retreive album artwork. The app is well worth the money, there's nothing better that I know of, and I would recommend it, but there is room for improvement and I hope to see the app continue to grow and improve over time.
